Projects become easier to examine when purpose, people, assumptions, access, roles, safeguards, resources, and learning are not collapsed into one document. The app separates those questions into distinct tiles so a user can work on one piece without pretending the whole picture is finished.

Each tile combines short guidance with editable text prompts, selectable stages, or checklists. Entries save automatically in Android app-private storage on the device. A blank field is allowed; uncertainty can remain visible; a draft can be revised as the project changes.

    Choose the question that matters now

    Begin with any tile. The app does not require a linear sequence or treat incomplete fields as failure.

  2. 02

    Use prompts to make assumptions visible

    Type draft language, mark relevant checks, or select a working stage. Changes save locally as you make them.

  3. 03

    Review pieces in the Mosaic Cabinet

    The cabinet gathers completed notes and selected checks into one device-side view so the draft can be examined as a whole.

  4. 04

    Share only when you decide

    “Share a copy” asks Android to open its system share chooser with a plain-text export. The app does not pick a recipient or transmit the copy by itself.

  5. 05

    Revise or erase

    Return to any workspace to edit it, or use “Delete All Local Data” to clear saved drafts and checks from the app on that device.

The cabinet is a local review surface, not an online account or public project page. It shows up to twenty saved entries drawn from the app’s private preferences. Notes can be checked before a user makes an optional text export.

What it is

An educational, offline workspace for adults to draft project questions, prompts, checklists, assumptions, access considerations, boundaries, and learning notes.

What it is not

It is not a grant application portal, funding offer, eligibility or award decision, donation service, reporting system, emergency service, or source of legal, tax, financial, safeguarding, or other professional advice.

What not to enter

Do not enter child profiles, names, photos, custody details, allegations, medical information, protected case records, government identifiers, financial account data, or emergency information.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Clear answers about the app’s use, storage model, and boundaries.

Does the app require an Internet connection?

No. Its planning workspaces, local saving, cabinet review, policy, and about information function without an Internet permission. Email support and optional sharing hand control to external apps selected by the user.

Does the organization receive my project drafts?

No automatic transmission occurs. Drafts are held in the app’s private storage on the device. The organization receives information only if a user separately chooses to send it, such as by composing an email or selecting a destination in Android’s share chooser.

Is the app a way to apply for funding?

No. The app does not present an open funding program, collect applications, determine eligibility, promise review, or make award decisions.

Can the app evaluate whether a project will succeed?

No. It offers prompts for making assumptions and learning signals visible. It does not calculate a score, predict impact, certify readiness, or provide a professional determination.

How can I remove my entries?

Open Privacy Policy inside the app and use “Delete All Local Data.” Clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling it also removes the local app data. There is no online account to delete.

Who is the app intended for?

It is designed as an educational planning tool for adults age 18 and over. It is not designed as a child-directed service or a place to keep sensitive participant records.
